What are the benefits of grief sensitivity training? Participants learn the myths, stigmas and judgmental perceptions surrounding grief; what to say and not to say to an employee who is grieving; acknowledging and identifying the intensity of emotions; best practices; and communication strategies to create a compassionate workplace culture. Participants will understand and support the significance and impact of loss on the workplace while maintaining productivity, company goals and customer service satisfaction.


The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and awards Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. Workshops are facilitated by grief coaches certified by the Institute of Professional Grief Coaching (IOPGC).
